Shipping Policy

At The Couturier’s Home (TCH), we are dedicated to delivering your luxury cushion covers, designer rugs, and other home décor items safely and promptly. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand our delivery process.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Custom or personalized orders may take longer, and we will inform you of the expected processing time at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days within India.
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days within India (charges apply).
  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery location. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

Note: In case of an incorrect address resulting in an RTO, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the courier’s website to stay updated on delivery status.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to India and selected international destinations. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@thecouturiershome.com with your order details. We will investigate the issue and ensure a replacement or refund is issued if necessary.
