Return & Exchange Policy

At The Couturier’s Home, every piece is thoughtfully crafted, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must meet the following criteria:

• Valid proof of purchase is required.
• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging, inserts, and tags must be intact.

Note: Final sale and liquidation items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

2. Return Shipping Fees

Returns are subject to a shipping fee, plus applicable taxes. All return shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a coupon code of the same value, redeemable within 3 months.

• Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically completed within 14 days.

• Original shipping fees are not refundable.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value. If applicable, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
• All exchange deliveries will only be sent to the original delivery address.

5. Delivery Address Policy

For verification and security reasons, returns and exchanges can be processed only to the same address where the order was originally delivered.

6. Condition Check & Liability

All returned items will go through a quality check. You may be held responsible for:

• Damage beyond standard product handling
• Missing parts, tags, accessories, or packaging

Items that do not pass inspection may be rejected or qualify only for a partial refund.

7. Exceptions & Additional Terms

Promotional or special categories may have additional terms. The Couturier’s Home reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request if the item does not meet the outlined policy requirements.
